Impunity Watch
From website: Impunity Watch promotes accountability for past atrocities in countries emerging from a violent past. They work with national civil society groups to produce research-based policy advice, monitor levels of impunity and advocate for tailored policy solutions. They have country programs in Burundi and Guatemala.
The Data Shift
The DataShift is a multi-stakeholder, demand-driven initiative run by Civicus (www.civicus.org) that builds the capacity and confidence of civil society organisations to generate and use citizen-generated data to monitor development progress, demand accountability and campaign for transformative change. The website offers a "learning zone" with excellent resources.
Opening Parliament
From website: OpeningParliament.org connects civic organizations engaged in monitoring, supporting and opening up their countries' parliaments and legislative institutions. It also serves as the home of the Declaration on Parliamentary Openness, a set of shared principles on the openness, transparency and accessibility of parliaments supported by more than 140 organizations from over 75 countries.
